State Campground Business Meeting – JUNE 13, 2020
Greetings Saints,
We are so grateful for all the Lord has done for His people through this last year. We pray, hope, and trust that during the current happenings going on around us, that you and your families are safe and healthy. We write to you because we are rapidly approaching the Annual Business Meeting of the Church of God Camp Ground, Inc. which is scheduled for Saturday June 13th, 2020 at 10 A.M. at 12312 Osborne Place, Pacoima, CA 91331. We desire your prayers and attendance.
We, the Board, realize that these are difficult times due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but the business of the Church is also of utmost importance. For those who can attend the meeting in person we will be practicing social distancing measures to address any safety concerns. However, we understand there are those who may be uncomfortable attending in person, so for those who are unable to be with us physically we are endeavoring to allow remote attendance via Zoom or some other related online technology platform, and will make the meeting information available prior to the business meeting. We ask that those who wish to participate remotely please R.S.V.P. with the Board Secretary, Brother Damar Randle, for further connection instructions.
We have two seats on the Board that are open for re-election: the seat of Sister Sheri Francisco and the seat of Brother Damar Randle. We desire prayers and guidance from the Lord to put who He so chooses in these positions.
We appreciate your love and care for the grounds with which the Lord has blessed us. May the Lord richly bless you is our prayer.
